LeefiPay (“we”, “us”) provides M-Pesa collection tools for Kenyan businesses, including payment links, POS, invoices, SMS notifications, and developer APIs.

Depending on how you use LeefiPay, we may process account details (name, phone, email), business KYC documents, payment metadata, SMS delivery logs, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate the service securely.
How we use information
- Provide and improve payment collection, reporting, and integrations.
- Send transactional SMS and email (OTP, receipts, alerts) you or your customers trigger.
- Verify businesses, prevent fraud, and meet regulatory expectations.
- Respond to contact and support requests.
Sharing
We share data with processors required to run the service (for example M-Pesa / Safaricom channels, SMS providers, and hosting). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain account, payment, and audit data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise where practical.
